OUR BREWERY

Starting out as a homebrewer, in the basement of my home in 2024, I quickly became addicted to the art of craft brewing and thought to myself, why didn't I think of this years ago! I began reading all kinds of books and researching the craft.  I started creating many different kinds of batches with all of these new flavors and styles that I discovered. Brewing craft beer was something I found exciting and without a doubt totally enjoyed doing and sharing with others.

Bishop Hollow Brew Company legitimately became a dream come true. We, as a Brewery, represent Leadership, Versatility, Structure, Guidance, Chivalry and Sacrifice. These are the foundations on which Bishop Hollow Brew Company will always operate. We strive to be well organized, flexible, and pay close attention to all of the details big and small.

Here at BHBC we like to think that we set ourselves apart from the others. The infusion of our local neighborhoods and the community as a whole comes with energy, walkability, and charm.  We represent independence and creativity.  This is what truly makes us stand out. Our Brewery and Taproom is a place for celebrations and gatherings. To relax and enjoy a pint with a friend and good conversation. To just chill and play a friendly game of Cornhole or Chess.  Whatever the reason is, we want to be apart of it.  Just as a chess set adds to storytelling in the game, our craft beers have their own storytelling to share with all of our guests as they raise their glass.
